Error - NSD is running

Hello all,

The problem is related to mail box (R6). When i click on the mail body the following error is displaying.

"NSD is running

Saving to file D:\Lotus\Notes\Data\nsd_all_W32I_JOHNNY_05_16@10_10.log

This file may be used by your company’s help desk and IBM to determine the possible cause of this Notes error. Please make note of the name of this file and its location as you may be added to provide this file as part of the problem determination effort "

The user name is: JOHNNY

Could any one help me out.

Subject: Error - NSD is running

I work with Domino on iSeries and if we got this message the server crashed and produced the nsd-file. The nsd-file provides inormation for Lotus Support to analyse the problem. May be you should apen an incident with Lotus Support and provide the nsd-file to them.

You have to call you local Lotus support and explain the problem you have. I guess they will ask you to send the nsd-file as a mail attachment. The nsd-file will help Lotus to analyze the problem.
