I get this error when doing “Tools-Preferences” from my mailbox: Duplicate PUBLIC name ACLMANAGER in USE module ACLManagement_fr-FR

Is this limited to your file? Have you tried replacing design? If you have and that failed, it might be worth a quick look at design to be sure nothing is set to not refresh design (with the exception of your personal folders, agents, etc that you created that you would not want to see removed!) and try replacing design again.
