I have a very strange problem with a few of my R7 notes users - this does not happen for the majority of them.When they try to sign-in to SameTime via their notes client, they get the message
“The encrypted data has been modified or wrong key was used to decrypt it”
The client never seems to sign in. Also, even if they tick the box in the “remember password” field when trying to log-on to sametime, the password is never retained.
Behaviour is the same whether the user has their location doc set to automatically sign in to sametime, or whether they try it manually.
This is not an authentication issue per se, as their usernames/passwords work on other domino web apps.
Has anyone got any ideas what is going wrong here?
