Error Message in log.nsf

I keep getting the following error message in my log and can’t seem to find the image. If I do a view source on the document in the web and then do a search I can’t find a reference to that image. I have also looked at the doc from the client and do not see any embedded images. I get this message all day, everday and would really like to get rid of it. What is my next step to try and correct the problem?

Someting toDo with conversion of images a

Try JPEG instead of GIF, works for me.

(server document, Internet Protocols, Domino Web Engine, Conversion)
