Error Mail Journaling: DBUs cannot be shared between Processes

One of my customers had their server router crash, it would receive mail but would not route the mail to the users mail databases. They are using the Mail Journaling function and it seems that is were the problem started the admin received and mail error message “Subject: Router: Mail Journaling: DBUs cannot be shared between Processes”. He said that it seemed to send him a new error message every time new mail arrived. The pending mail was stuck in Mail.box they are currently using three Mail.box’s. They had to stop mail journaling to get the mail to flow again. We are about to lose this customer to Exchange is this continues any help???

which method of Journaling are they using, i guess it’s copy to local…?I have had the same problem when using multiple mail.box’s with the Journal feature. I put the mailbox’s back to blank on the config/router doc, then set-up journaling again and then set the mailbox number back to three… what difference this made I don’t know but it all seems to work fine now…
