Error Loading Use or USELSX

I’m working on a copy of a database that holds ojects and attachments.

Whenever I open a document, I get "error loading use or uselsx module *lsxrtc

Can anybody point me in the right direction on how to resolve this? When it’s run on the server, it performs fine.
