Error internal upgrade

Hi,I upgraded Notes client 5.0 to 6.5.6 and after this on same pc´s the inbox design continues on version 5.0. I tryed to fix it with option ‘upgrade folder design’ but this is not work.

Any idea?

I would bet your Lotus Notes Mail template is still using v5.

Have your server(s) been upgrade to 6.5?

The INBOX is on the Domino server right?

IF so you need to upgrade the design of the database.

IF the server is version 6.5.x go

file > database > replace design

Choose a R6 design hit OK and wait.

close the DB and then reopen. IT will be slow due to view rebuilds but that will only be for the first time.

HiI have only one notes user with this error. I already executed the options ‘replace design’ form server and ‘upgrade folder’ from Notes, but it´s not working yet…
