Error installing LN 8.5 on Citrix W2K3 Standard Edition

Dear all,

We try to install Lotus Notes client 8.5 on Windows server 2003 Sp2 ( Citrix server ).

Actually we have a LN 7.0.3 installed ( works well ).

At the start of the MSI or exe source file we get this message : Error 1325. Framework is not a valid short file name"

Any ideas ?

Subject: where are the install files located?

I receive massive errors when I used a mapped drive for the installation. After I copied the Notes Client install files local to the Citrix server, the installation went smooth.

(Ok, in my case it was just on a VMware workstation on harddisk D: and “net use Z: \.host\Shared folder\C$” Z:\LotusNotesClient85\Lotus Notes 8.5.msi but perhpas the hint helps)
