Error in the Follow-up button

One of the user is getting the ‘The linked document cannot be found in the view’ error whenever he tries to add a follow-up flag to an email.I tried the same in his mailfile on my workstation, and I am able to do it successfully.

Can anyone please let me know what could be the reason for this error?

Subject: Error in the Follow-up button

I’ve seen this error message (though under slightly different circumstances) caused by a corrupt bookmark.nsf file.

Exit from Notes, delete bookmark.nsf and then try again.
