Error in Notes 6 Administration help?

In the ND6 Admin Help it says …

To create setup policy settings

  1. Make sure that you have Editor access to the Domino Directory and one of these roles:

PolicyCreator role to create a settings document

PolicyModifier role to modify a settings document

  1. From the Domino Administrator, select the People & Groups tab, and then open the Settings view.

  2. Click “Add Settings,” and then choose Setup.

  3. On the Basics tab, complete these fields:

However, if I have Editor I don’t need the role, that’s only for Author access, right? I tested to make sure Author access with those roles work and it does.

It’s not wrong. It says 1 of these roles. You can’t create Policy documents if you haven’t got at least 1 of the roles, even if you are an Editor . Of course, you can still copy-paste documents, and edit the documents.There’s more to roles than just allowing authors to edit the documents :slight_smile:
