Hi All !I ve downloaded a personal digital ID for my e-mail messages. I am trying to import the internet certificate to my notes client but an error is given like “cannot accept internet certificate because the certificate authority certificate is unavailable” ??? But I could import it to outlook?? What can be the reason??Any ideas please…

It is possible that you have already downloaded that CA’s certificate into Outlook, but haven’t downloaded it into Notes yet. When you downloaded your personal certificate, there should have been an option to also download the entire certificate chain, including the CA’s certificate. Once you have the entire certificate chain in the .p12 or .pfx file, you will be able to import it into your ID file.
