I have an Agent that gets the fields from the Form and generate a Word Document.
But there is a field that user can write too long phrases. In this case, when user write too many thing in this field, and click to generate the Word Document , at this point Lotus Notes shows a message “Microsoft Word: String too long”.
The field is configurated to unlimited size in the .dot model.
Unfortunately, Rafael, this is a Notes forum, so I don’t think many users here know by heart the field limitations for the MS word program…
What you could try, is to limit the export from Notes into Word to the first 255 characters of a field and see if that solves the problem. (Or maybe try 32K caracters).
