In our work environment, there is a machine with Lotus Notes 7 client. In this machine, when the user selects to view an attachment (.jpeg, .doc, .rtf, …) inside the client the following message error appears:
FATAL(0): can’t access data directory from notes.ini file \notes.ini
The error message is displayed only in the viewing option. If open option is selected everything goes fine.
The path is correct in the notes.ini variable but after the error the path is overwritted with some strange characters. The client language is Portuguese BR with graphical signs (çã).
Does anyone have an idea about it?
