Error: Dip File Auto Save Job

One of my users is getting a “dip file auto save job” error in his mail database. It was coming up every time we tried to open a mail doc. The bodies did not display. I did a quick search but found zero information so far. Any suggestions?

Subject: I get that error too…

I’m at 8.5.2FP2. I see that error listed in the 8.5.2 fix list… but, um, not fixed, I guess.

Subject: Same thing…

I’m getting that error message periodically also…and I’m also on 8.5.2 FP2.

Subject: Same error

Also on 8.5.2FP2 (in case having multiple people reporting the issue helps get it resolved)

Subject: Same Issue here.

Notes 8.5.2 FP2 ‘DIP File Auto Save Job’ issue

Subject: Any update on this?

Still seeing this error…

Subject: More info on the DIP error ?

I have one user, out of over 200, who periodically saw this error, and it was always when he awoke his client after the laptop had been to sleep. After he disabled the sleep protocol he has since had a recurrence of the error and he had been working with MS Visio (including the publishing module) where he is incidentally (?) the only one of my users to use this application. I don’t know whether this may help anyone with a solution. I am waiting for 8.5.3 or at least FP4 for 8.5.2 to see if it will make any difference.
