One of our users is unable to delete their our reservations in the Resourse Reservation database. When they click on the delete button an error appears stating that the bk_outline_pane.gif object could not be found. The user is and editor and has delete rights to the database. All the other users are working fine. I have reinstalled the user’s client (upgraded to 6.0.1 CF3) and replaced the design of the database, but this has not helped. I have looked at the design of the database and the image is in the Shared Resources. Please help as I need to solve this problem ASAP. All help will be much appreciated.

You may have seen this - but you need to make sure that they’re not clicking on the ‘delete’ button on the keyboard - but are using the ‘delete action’ instead. Extract from the help:
Changing/Deleting Resources: The following information can be changed in an existing resource: Capacity (for Rooms only), Description, Available Times and Other comments. If you wish to change any other information in a resource like the name, the resource must be deleted first; and a new resource can then be created in its place. Click the Delete Resource action to delete resources. Do NOT use the delete key. It is crucial that you use the Delete Resource action, as this tells the Admin Process to remove the resource from the Domino Directory. When a resource is deleted from the Resource Reservations database a request is submitted to the Administration Requests database on your server. To submit this request, you need to have Author access and “Create documents” in the Access Control List of the Administration Requests database. The administrator of your Domino Directory will approve the request and the resource will be deleted. Note: Notification will be sent to people with outstanding future reservations for the deleted resource and all outstanding reservations for the deleted resource will be removed from the Resource Reservations database.
Any help? If not, try to check that the image in question is available to all and check that it’s not set to be hidden from web browsers.

Did you find a solution for your problem yet? got exactly the same problem (with just ONE user). the message says ‘Notes Error: Element of the Document not found (bg_system)’.Any help appreciated!
