Error Creating Product Object

I am facing an error while scheduling an agent that needs to fetch data from Oracle DB.

I have installed Oracle client on the machine. I am using LCConnection(oracle) for fetching data. When i schedule the agent to run on the server i get an error message saying “Error creating Product Object” but when i run this agent manually the agent is able to fetch the data. Could anybody pls. help me to sort out this issue.

It looks like you have not defined the ODBC connection on the server.

do i need to select the driver as Oracle ODBC driver or should i select Microsoft ODBC for Oracle

You must Creating a new ODBC Data Source Name (DSN) on System DSN but not on User DSN.
