When I restart http task error above appears. What does it mean?

I have the same problem after migrating from 5.0.11 to 6.5.1 on a testmachine. Did you find a solution to this, Claudia, or anybody else ?

I had this problem after installing a Samtime Server after installation of a Domino Server 6.5.2 with german language pack.To get a solution I copied the nstrings_de.dll and the nhttprs_de.dll of a correct installed server (a second one) into the programm directory of the sametime server. After that it works.
