Error compacting mail\xxx.nsf: Document has been deleted

Hello every body

When I execute the command “lo compact mail -D”, I have the error below:

“Error compacting mail\xxx.nsf: Document has been deleted”

and I have this same error for a lot of databases.

Looking at the logs, after this error, the mail database impacted is not compacted.

Do you know why?

Can you help me please?

Have you repaired them first?Also, are you using shared mail?

Got the same issue not later than today. I asked the user to empty their trash and then tried again. Since then, compact worked. Looks like a problem with documents still in the trash.

Emptying the trash folder worked for me too. I wonder if this has been reported to Lotus yet? I’m assuming the nightly compacts we are running are probably not doing anything because of this.
