Error : Cannot Define Design Element

Hi,When I want to open Domino Administrator, I found message : Cannot find design element. You must refresh the design element of domadmin.nsf with the latest template…

I just click OK several times, and Domino Admin appear…

But, when I choose Replication pane, this error appeared again…click ok…then happened again when choosing Replication Topology…

I try to open domadmin.nsf, choose File-Database-Refresh Design, and choose Local…but it failed…please help…

Hello Ales,

Here’s a few things to try in order to resolve your issue:

  1. Replace design of domadmin.nsf with domadmin.ntf.

  2. With all client software closed, execute nfixup.exe -F and ncompact.exe -c against domadmin.nsf.

  3. Recreate domadmin.nsf.

Hi Dan,from where I should open the domadmin.nsf ? because I tried to open by Lotus Notes Workspace, Open Database…

then try to replace design, but it failed…I will try it again after restart my server and let you know
