Error accessing web adminstrator from web browser

Hi

I have just upgraded my domino mail server from R6.5 to R8.5.

After I my upgraded my webadmin.nsf db to r8.5 template, I always encounter this error msg after I have login to the web administrator. The error msg is: “showTabbar: tabdata for id @ are not available”. This error msg always happen when i use on both internet explorer 7/8 or on firfox 3.6.6 web browser.

I have also tried to replace/refresh R8.5 template design a few times but still encounter same error. However, encounter no issue when I use the webadmin.nsf(based on R6.5 template design) on R8.5 domino server.

I have also enable and start http server and ca server tasks in the domino server(as stated in the requirement to use webadmin.nsf db). Do I need to configure anything on the http/ca server before I can use r8.5 webadmin.nsf on the domino server?

I have used updall command to rebuild the db and fixup command to “fixup” the db but it did’t help. upgrading to a version 8 template also did’t help either.

Can anyone advise?

Does the webadmin.nsf db have a version 7 template in domino version 7? any1 here got a version 7 template link here for me to download?
