Error Accepting Calendar Entries

I am having an issue I hope someone can help with. I have a PMR in with Lotus, but I thought I would see if anyone else has experienced this…

When a meeting notice is created and sent to a recipient (does not matter how many people), the recipients get the following message…

Another copy of this document was saved while you were editing it. Save your changes also as a Save Conflict document?

The choices are YES or NO. Most people are choosing YES. The calendar document then processes normally and it is seen on their calendars.

Our email servers are Domino clustered and they are all running 7.0.3. Our clients are either 7.0.2 running the dwa7.ntf template or 6.5.1 running the inotes6.ntf template.

I thought maybe it had to do with us synching wirelessly with our Blackberry, but that is not the case. We all have laptops and initially thought this may have to do with replication or the fact that our email servers are clustered. That is not the case either.

I have tested this for several days and I cannot get it to fail consistently.

Perhaps Anti-virus?

May be even more likely to be the culprit if attachments are being sent in the invite.
