Error 404 HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception

Hello.I have one user who can’t access mail through the web browser. Error Message:

Error 404 HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Special Database object cannot be located

This is the only user out of 50+. Any ideas?

Refresh the design of the mail template. Sounds like a component (view, form, subform etc.) is missing.
