I have an auto response agent that runs based upon rules set in the database. The form contains a field called $Filterformula which is populated when the document is saved. The field contains the following:“@If((@Contains(Subject);“Address Change”))”
When the agent runs and gets to where it pulls the field into the lotusscript I get the following error:
Error (4005): Notes error: Formula Error (@If(@Contains(Subject);“Contact Us”))
Can anyone see why?? My eyes are bugged out looking. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Was this a typo? There are two brackets before @ in @Contains and the @contants seems to be missing the second parameter.
“@If((@Contains(Subject);“Address Change”))”
should be something liek this:
@If(@Contains(Subject;“Address Change”);true statements;otherwise statements)

Sorry here is exactly what I am getting. This is also the info from the debugger. The field value within the form is equal to:
“@If(@Contains(Subject);”“Contact Us”“)”
The error I am getting at the end of the agent running is this:
Started running agent ‘SCHEDULED: Auto Responder’ on 03/06/2007 07:40:49 AM
Running on new or modified documents: 20 total
Found 20 document(s) that match search criteria
03/06/2007 07:40:51 AM: Error (4005): Notes error: Formula Error (@If(@Contains(Subject);“Contact Us”))
Ran LotusScript code
Done running agent ‘SCHEDULED: Auto Responder’ on 03/06/2007 07:40:51 AM

I think the problem is the @function. It’s take two parameter you only have one:
So change: “@If(@Contains(Subject);”“Contact Us”“)”
to
“@If(@Contains(Subject;”“Contact Us”“);|true case|;|false case|)”
