Is it possible to get from web domino application environnement variable of windows like %temp% or %tmp%?

I am not 100% sure what you are after but you can use the following LotusScript to get a Windows environment variable… in this case the Temp ( %temp% ) variable.

TempDir$ = Environ("Temp")

Kill TempDir$ + "\issue.doc"
