Any suggestion what the reason since Envelope icon not showing in system tray when new email is received.It is checked to use use that option under User Preferences.
I have deleted the Cache-file and checked that it is Correct Location document with Correct data.

I think that this is one of most lotus’s strangness.I tested the function with success yeterday.
Instead today don’t work yet.
I have matched lotus.ini before and after the setting but i’ve not found any difference between 2 files’ version.
Will they succed our heroes…

Try these :
There were two rows containing info about NewMailSeqNum. Delete both of them and left one NewMailSeqNum= empty and restart notes.
Rightclick on the system tray - properties - taskbar - ‘hide inactive icons’- customize. Set the new mail icon to ‘always show’.
