Entry Not found in index

Hello

I am facing problem “Entry not found in index”. I have one database and replica database resides on different server.

Now this database is a web application which has one form in which I put certain values and based on those values it fetches some values from oracle and create a document in notes and then store in notes. and then it dispayls the document.

But sometimes it shows Entry not found in index. Please suggest why it is occuring and suggest me.

Is it due to corrupt database or due to replication time between 2 database?

If you have a cluster, maybe it is because of replication delay. What does it do to try to display the document?
