Hi All,
There has been a document attached in the mail file via [Includedoclink] as parameter in @MailSend formula.
However , when a particular user clicks on the document link in the mails it says “Server Error : Entry not found in Index”.
Although , it works for other users.
Please tell what could be the reason.
Thanks in Advance.

Look at the doclink properties and see which server it’s trying to link to. It is possible that your user does not have access to the server in question.

Thanks for the information Sue. Just another question…How do I check for the server name in doclink properties. The information I get from doclink properties is :Link Description :
Replica:
View :
Note :
Anchor :
Target :
Hint:
How do I find the server name ?
Thanks again.
Subject: RE: Entry Not found in index
It often gives the servername in the Hint. When people make doclinks from their own local replica, it obviously won’t. Reasons why it’s not working for your person could be that he/she never opened the database before and so has no reference to the replica ID on his/her workspace, but it could also be that he/she has a local replica of the database which hasn’t recently replicated.
