Hi All,I have written a salaried exceptions database. When running this database under windowsxp the exceptions show under the correct date. When I run the database under windows2000 the exceptions start on the day before it was submitted for.
Example:
Submit for 05/13/2007 to 05/14/2007
Under WindowsXP this shows on the correct Date on the calendar.
Under Windows2000 it shows on the calendar on the 12th and 13th.
I would like to say Thank you for any help.

Subject: Entry in Calendar showing on wrong date.
I’ve seen something similar when working on Calendar entries for different countries, timezones, and daylight saving times.
Perhaps if you move your start time from 00:00hrs to 01:00hrs you will find the problem magically goes away.

But you won’t see the problem if the excepts were in June.
I believe you’re running into the DST issue. You’re probably creating it using your XP machine which has the DST patch and the date is set to 2007-03-12 12:00:00am EDT (or somewhere else in North America which changes to Daylight time). Then when you view it in Windows 2000 without the patch it converts 2007-03-12 to Standard time. Which is 1 hour earlier 11pm on the 11th.
Easy solution just change the time to Noon.

Stephen & Martin,
You both were right on the money. I did change the time to noon. Thank you so much for you help. This site has a lot of really neat people.
Kind Regards
