Enter a AS/400 program/session for notes (VB)?

I’ve developed VB a program to interact between our telephone system Alcatel OmniPCX and Symfoni CRM Contacts on the Domino platform. This works just fine. But I also want a button who opens our retail system on an AS/400 through a 5250 client access (or Jacada) session.

Is that possible?

There is a set of APIs for 5250 emulation sessions.
