As part of my DAILY job, I send out invites for meetings with teams all across the world (poland, china, rome, ireland, california, new york, Texas) etc … It is time consuming and inefficient for me to have to manually figure out the best time across all these timezones to schedule a meeting. IBM is now a global company and we need to have intelligent global tools to use and to aid in increasing our productivity. I have a suggested design of how lotus notes calendar can be enhanced.
