Enforce password security in Lotus Notes Client

Is there any way to enforce password security for the Lotus Notes Client (not DWA) like:

Don’t allow passwords having lenght < 8 chars

Don’t allow passwords being entered in the last 6 months

Don’t allow passord not having at least 1 number
