I am in search of a help document/manual that will easily guide end users through Notes 6.0.1I can’t rely on the end users to click on help, help topics, etc. Also don’t want to cut and paste from the help database.
I am upgrading from 5.0.12 to 6.0.1. Any input would be appreciated.
Subject: End User Friendly Manual
If you can’t rely on the end users to click on help… then what makes you think ANYthing will work?

Let me rephrase my situation…My CIO requires me to give all end users a hard copy user manual.

I hate to suugest it, but the Notes R5 for Dummies book is very good. If there’s an R6 version out yet, have a look at it…

go to http://www.waresource.com. They have some free downloadable PDFs describing mail, calendar, iNotes, basic user guide, and what’s new in Notes 6. They can be customized for your specific needs, for a fee of course. We use them in lieu of training and combined with the Notes help, seem to do the trick.
Thanks go to the Charlotte Lotus Notes User Group for finding these.
