In light of the new rules of federal civil procedure, I am concerned about the ability of Notes users to individually encrypt emails. In the event we’re required to recover data under the rules of discovery, encrypted data would be beyond our reach. Are there any plans to give administrators greater control over encryption, so that they may better respond in legal discovery situations?
