A user having the above subjected problem. User using a data card which is having very slow spped of 115.0 kbps speed. only few attachment get opened smoothly.Most attachments are not opening. I tried to change the MTU as suggested. But No Go.
Can any one suggest bit different solution which requrire no Administration work.
