Currently there is no way to enable “Show Details” by default when viewing a message without changing the mail template.
It’d be great to make this a setting that is configurable through a mail policy.

Subject: Estimated time frame for 8.5.2 CD1?
Is there an estimated timeframe for the 8.5.2 CD1 release?
I’ve read that 8.5.1 FP1 is due out in January 2010 but this is the first I’ve heard about 8.5.2.
Subject: 8.5.1 FP1 - Fix list?
We are planning for an upgrade from 6.5.5 to 8.5.1. Now that, 8.5.1 FP1 is in SPR Triage (Stage1) and is expected for download in Jan 2010, we would like to see the fix list or some information on what would change in 8.5.1 FP1. We need to determine, whether we should wait for the 8.5.1 FP1 or continue with 8.5.1 upgrade. What would be IBM’s call on this?How would 8.5.2 CD1 impact this upgrade? I haven’t heard any thing on this.
