I am looking for a way to enable scheduled replication via policy or other means. I think policy is not an option as I have went through it a few times looking for a setting to pull this off.

If you are interested in enabling replication for your Notes clients via a policy, this is configurable via Desktop Settings document, specifically under the Preferences → Replication tab.
Otherwise, if your inquiry is regarding server to server replication, this is not achievable via policy but can be done via a Connection Document.

I have been there (within the desktop policy). I have all those values filled in. The issue is that actaully does not enable scheduled replication (the top check box within the replication tab of the location doc). If I check that box all my seetings are there, but without that box checked obviously nothing happens.

It appears that what you are seeing may be a match on SPR MGIN7MFJRB or SPR JRED7CQKAK.
In the mean time, the problem at large appears to be a mismatch in the field that is set in the Desktop Settings document and the field which needs to be set on the client for replication to be enabled. In short, you can test the following:

Using the Designer client, open your NAB

Edit the $ClientPreferenceSubform

Locate the field ‘LocAllEnabled’ and update the name of the field to ‘LocAllReplicationEnabled’

When the policy is pulled down to the client, ensure that ‘LocAllReplicationEnabled=1’ as this enables replication
