We have certain users only need IMAP access to Notes, so I have developed an applicatin allow them to register online through LDAP authenticaiton, then they can login from the web automatically, everything works fine until they try to use the IMAP clients, they kept on receving the following error: LOGIN failure, cannot convert mailbox: You are not authorized to perform that operationThey have tried different IMAP clients, so we know it is not a client issue. On the server document, I selected Enable IMAP During Login under IMAP task, and doesn’t that suppose to allow them to convert? Any ideas?
