Enable Expand Names automatically

Under Print View > Page Setup

Is there way to enable Expand Names field contents?

By default, it’s disabled.

Hi Wongo,

This setting can be enabled in the Notes preferences:

File > Preferences > Basic Notes Client Configuration

Select “Expand Names field contents when printing”

If you need to push this setting out to multiple users it can be done through a Desktop Policy on the Preferences > Miscellaneous tab
