Hello
We have Traveler 12.0.1 and want to add MS Outlook support through HTMO 3.0.0 for some users.
The section "Configuring the HCL Traveler server for Microsoft Outlook" of the product documentation was followed.
For a test, 3 users have registered their MS Outlook clients with the Traveler server and are able to synchronize their Calendars and Contacts. They see all their mail folders and subfolders but only the Inbox and the Drafts folder contain documents. Even after several hours and pressing F9.
Has someone encountered this problem?
Thanks!
Patrice

Hi Patrice,
Do you have 2 way folder sync problem or just 1 way folder sync problem ?
I mean if you create a new folder in Notes Client then can it replicate to HTMO ?
If you create a new folder in Outlook (HTMO) then can it be shown in Notes Client ?
Can you please move some new mails to the folders and check if you can see those mails ?
There is adaptive sync which means latest mails will sync first but older mails will take some time to sync.
Thank you.

Sandeep Help him to get the new fix, that will resolve this Issue.
Hi Sandeep
A newly created folder in Notes gets replicated in HTMO. But a newly created folder in HTMO is not replicated to Notes.
Even new mails don't appear in folders. Only in Inbox.
Thank you!
Patrice
