Is it possible to Configure auto reply function for a User who just leave from a company? For an example, All of his incoming email address will have a auto reply message saying “This User is not available, pls reply newuser@testcompany.com for ur information”.

2> If you are using cusromized template that you can creat rule as well to send auto reply.
i think if you are an admin, Then Enabling the agent will be much easier.
