Hi,
I am using RichTextItem.EmbedObject(EMBED_ATTACHMENT, “”, str_Filename) to add an attachment to a document which then gets emailed. The code runs from a scheduled agent. If I run the agent manually (ie from a local machine), then the attachment gets attached as intended. However, if I set the agent to run on schedule (as it is intended to be used), then the attachment gets embedded onto the email. The attachment is a html file which is a log report and contains javascript. Since the html file is getting embedded into the email, the javascript does not work. I need to get the scheduled agent to act in the same manor as it does if I run it manually, ie for the html file to be added to the email as an attachment file which the end user can then open via a web browser.
Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening if the agent is run from the server. Maybe there’s a setting on the server document or something like that???
Any help will be gratefully received.
Thanks,
Gwyn
