Embedded Views

I have a form with an embedded view. When I, or others open in 8.0.1, I have to always click on the refresh square in the view in order for data to appear. I do not have to do this in R7. I can close the document and re-open and I will have to click on refresh in order for data to display in the view. F9 will not work.
