Embedded view question

I am designing a custom welcome page and would like to include an embedded view from a database that is used in our company. The welcome page has been designed by creating a page that sits within a frameset. The frameset launches when the database is launched and the database is set as the default home page in Notes. When I try to add the embedded view onto my page, I get options to select views from the users mail file, bookmarks db, etc but cannot locate the database that I would like to use. Is this possible or am I missing something?

Open up the database that contains the view that you need in the Designer Client. Once you have a link established in your Designer, go back and try to embed the view again and this time you should be able to see that database name appear in your view selections.
