Problem: a form has an embedded view (Display: Using Java Applet). The view is a categorized view so to open a document users need to navigate the view using “notes twisties” (expend / collapse). One of my users is unable to expend /collapse any of the entries in that view. I know this is NOT a Notes issue. It must be browser issue (browser configuration, etc). I just wondered if anyone had come access similar problem and has a solution that solve this problem.
Hi, a quick question that comes to mind - can the user see the documents within the categories - changing the view to “Do Not show empty Categories” will not display all those categories with documents the user cannot see.
Robin, the only thing that the users can see (initially) is the list of top category entries in this view. Users are able to find documents by expending categories (using twisties). When this particular user opens the form with the embedded view none of the controls (expend/collapse) in the view work.
