Embedded Sametime: Multiple [Enter] presses needed to send message

This is kinda odd. Sometimes when I’m in a chat window and trying to send a message, it requires multiple hits of the [enter] key to send it. When it doesn’t send, the [enter] key simply inserts a carriage return into my message, and if I hit [enter] a couple more times, it eventually send to my chat partner, complete with the additional carriage returns.

Seems random. About 20% of the time it will require multiple [enter] key hits to send the message.

Anyone else experience this? It’s annoying when you want to send a quick IM and then realize that it never sent, it just inserted a carriage return.

Subject: Same bug in our company

This bug is very annoying. To my knowledge, it actually impacts several thousands of users in my company (large software company).

I am very surprised to see that no particular attention seems to have been paid to this bug report.

Could IBM support please have a look ?
