I have users at Notes 8.5 and 7.0.3. If someone on 8.5 tries to forward an e-mail with an embedded picture, the picture does not show up in the e-mail of those with the 7.0.3 client. Those with 8.5 can see it just fine. Anyone come across this and is there a fix?
Subject: Is the picture a PNG image?
If the picture is a PNG image, 7.03 cannot shows the picture because it is newly supported by 8.5. If you forward an embedded PNG image from 8.5 to 7.03, 8.5 sends the image as is and 7.03 cannot understand the image format.
