Hi,

Ok, I am new to this so I do apologise if my question seems really daft…

Is it possible to just show specific information in a view when you embed the view object onto a form?

For instance…

I have 3 forms.

When a user completes one form and it is submitted a link is sent to the admin staff. When the admin staff click on the doc link, they can view the same form the customer has filled in and also view the embedded object that I have put on the form. In the embedded object, I would just like to view the information based on what the user has input on the form.

At the moment…if I place several orders (by different customers), when the form has been submitted… the embedded object displays all the orders placed by the different customers.

So in other words when a user places and order, its just that order I would like to view for that customer…

I hope that makes sense.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi

I’m not sure if I understand you correctly, but have you looked at embedding a single category view?

You could categorise the view according to order number or customer name or anything else

Have a look in the help for it.
