We have a form with the setting for auto launch set to:Auto Launch: –First OLE Object-
Launch object in place
Create object in field: –First Rich Text Field-
Launch when: Creating, Editing
A Word.doc is saved in the richtext field.
When anyone tries to open the notes document an error dialog box pops up that says, “An error has occurred in a Lotus Notes Application”
People still on Notes 6.5 do not have this problem; the word doc opens automatically without any errors. I changed the Auto Launch setting to open a Microsoft Word Document but the same error message pops up.
Also, canceling out of the error dialog box will eventually launch the word doc.
Any ideas?
