Hello, when the users in my organisation send an email to people outside it looses the images. Its a html style brochure for the company that they dont want to send as an attachment. I have been advised by the sender people with notes (assuming these are local notes people) get it but other email programs dont display the images.

Do they get links and other rich text elements? It sounds like your server configuration may be converting internet e-mails to plain text rather than HTML.

thank you for your assistance, we found that its a company rule blocking access. Some of the receivers used hotmail accounts which had a image\attachment block rule.
