Emails sent to Outlook get turned into garbage

Hi folksHope you can help… Different emails sent at different times to different recipients all using Outlook get trashed… the problem is sporadic… all the recipients HAVE received some emails ok, but others appear as follows:

Any ideas?

Subject: RE: Notes to Outlook emails

We had the reverse problem. Notes users could not see the text from a couple of Outlook users or saw gibberish. The problem was that the Outlook users were using an odd and little used font. When they switched to a standard font, everything was fine. That could be the case.

Subject: encrypted mails?

Are the mails encrypted?You mentioned mails are sent “using” Outlook… and received by recipients in Notes??
